Register of Members [Guild Teachers College Limited] (Series 570)

This series contains details of the Council membership, including nominations, appointments and resignations. The entries are made in two bound volumes, entitled, "Company Share Register". The series includes a handwritten list of Members of Council for the period 23 March 1977 to 17 August 1981. It also contains typed pages which have been glued into the books. The keeping of such a register is a statutory requirement for all registered companies. It contains full personal details of Council members, including their tenure of office on Council. There are some loose nomination forms in the back of the second book.
