This series contains typed and photocopied material, contained in 1 folder, relating to the finalization of the Memorandum and Articles of Association for Guild College Limited and of the College By-Laws. Following legal advice that the College should be incorporated as a limited company, the By-Laws Committee was appointed by the College Council in 1976 to deliberate on the form of the College Constitution, including draft Memorandum and Articles of Association and the By-Laws.

2. Draft minutes of meetings of the By-Laws Committee, 18 June 1976 to 1 July 1976.
3. An agenda for a meeting of the By-Laws Committee, which was to be held on 27 September 1978.
