This series contains one foolscap photocopy of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, which is marked as the form approved by the Corporate Affairs Commission. There are two printed copies, which were issued by Messrs. Sowden & Sowden Solicitors, dated 17 February 1977. The Guild Teachers College was incorporated as a limited company in March 1977. Its members were bound by the provisions of the New South Wales Companies Act 1961.
