Records of Geological Excursions [Tannatt William Edgeworth (TWE) David] (Series 1482)

This series pertains especially to excursions to Kosciusko in the summer vacation of 1906-1907, in 1915 and in 1922. The series includes three albums prepared by students and presented to TWE David as mementos of geology excursions viz, to Kosciusko 1906-1907, various excursions in 1919, and to Kosciusko in 1922. The photographs in Item 8 are not annotated. The location may be Prospect Quarry; refer to Item 169 in the miscellaneous photograph collection: an albumin print annotated as "geological excursion to Prospect 1895".

The related series include Series 1463 (records of research on glaciation), Series 1469 (newspaper articles authored by David on the Kosciusko 1906-1907 excursion), Series 1491 (autographed photographic print of an unidentified student excursion), and Series 1495 (newspaper reports of Kosciusko excursion).
