Minutes [Finance Committee (FC)] [Finance and Planning Committee] [Finance and Infrastructure Committee] (Series 10)

The minutes of the Finance Committee start after the Committee's existence had been formalised in 1890 through the formulation of By Law Chapter XXVI - Finance. Prior to this the Committee had been a Standing Committee of Council since 1880. Its reports are noted in Senate Minutes.

The early volumes of the minutes of the Senate Finance Committee contain an index and minutes only, but the later volumes consist of both minutes, reports and attachments. The name of the Committee changed to the Finance and Planning Committee from 18 September 1991. The minutes contain business arising, resolutions, and reports on all financial matters e.g., property insurance, financial performance and progress, and audits etc.

The Committee went through a number of changes until it was finally disestablished during Senate Committees restructure in 2010 and a new Finance and Audit Committee was established.
