This series consists of minutes and papers of the Music Advisory Committee. The Committee held its first meeting on 20 May 1976. The papers came as a loose bundle which had been taken out of a binder and are bound together with tape in the order they came. The papers are not in chronological order. They include the 'Stage II Music Proposal for Bachelor of Arts - Music for the Sydney College of the Arts Music Program' which was presented to the Committee on 3 August 1978. There are no papers dating later than 3 August 1978. The minutes for the third meeting of the reconstituted Committee held on 28 April 1978 are signed by the Chairman Mr Kenneth Tribe.
