Biochemistry Building - Volume 1 of 4 - Album 1

The photographs show the construction site during 1971 from the preparation of the ground to the finalisation of the major structure with the first parts of external cladding in place. The construction is documented with images of the inside and outside, of building equipment and materials, with and without workers on site.

The construction site is shown from different angles from the surrounding area with Merewether Building, Wentworth Building, and Darlington Road visible in some images. The construction of the City Road Footbridge can also be seen in some of the photographs.
