Annual General Meeting (AGM) Agendas and Minutes and Correspondence [Guild Teachers College Limited] (Series 544)

There is a full collection of papers contained in folders for each of the four AGMs held between 20 March 1978 and 23 March 1981. There is also a set of agenda papers for a meeting, presumably, held on 31 March 1982, which would have been the fifth AGM. According to "In Transit - Sydney CAE 1982-1989" (L.M. Koder (Ed.)), the final Meeting of Guild Teachers College Limited was held on 22 February 1983. There is no record of that meeting, either in the minute book or in the associated agenda papers in this series. Typescript and photocopied foolscap pages in 1 folder.
