This series contains 3 volumes of minutes of the of the meetings Council of the Guild Teachers College and its immediate successor, the Council of the Guild Teachers College Limited. Most of the minutes have been signed. The minutes commence with those of the first entity for the period 28 April 1975 to 6 December 1976. The minutes for the Guild Teachers College Limited Council for the period 4 April 1977 to 5 May 1982 follow and continue in the next two volumes. Although the last minutes in the series are for the 5 May 1982 meeting, the agenda papers (Series 542) contain unsigned copies of ordinary and extraordinary meetings, which, presumably, were held on 1 June 1982. Typescript A4 and foolscap sheets have been pasted into the volumes.
