AGM minutes are included within bound volume of council and Foundation minutes, and reports and loose files of correspondence (SRS-00000112 and SRS-00000113). Volume 1 of SRS-00000112 includes the inaugural meeting of the Foundation held on 16 April 1959 and the submission of the Foundation to the dairy industry committee of enquiry setting out the foundation and its aims (November 1959). Two volumes of AGM minutes and annual reports, 1959 to 1984. Registered file 037-0003-0004-01 has AGM minutes 1975 to 1984. Registered files 037-0003-0004-02 and 037-0003-0004-03 have incomplete AGM minutes for 1986, 1988 and 1989 to 1992. Loose AGM minutes, 1993 to 1997. Agenda for 1996 meeting.
