Education Committee of Council [Cumberland College of Health Sciences (CCHS) Council]

The Education Committee of Council was established at the first meeting held by the Council of New South Wales College of Paramedical Sciences on 8 October 1974. The terms of reference for the Committee were to consider or to initiate proposals relating to the following matters:

(1) Significant variations in existing courses

(2) New Courses, under-graduate and post-graduate

(3) New Schools or Departments

(4) Rules for Degrees and Diplomas and matters of  like nature

(5) Wastage rates and related matters

(6) Student organisations and activities, together with services, related to the employment, health, accommodation, welfare and progress of students

(7) other education and student matters and to make recommendations to Council.
