Letters Written by Samuel HE Barraclough [Samuel Henry Egerton Barraclough] (Series 1435)

This series consists of original manuscripts and typescript copies of Samuel HE Barraclough's correspondence. Half the papers are original manuscripts signed by Barraclough and addressed to his mother in 1904 and 1909. Most of the typescript copies are addressed to engineering or work colleagues. The 1893 document appears to be a draft manuscript for a report on Barraclough's work at Cornell University, USA. As the typescript copies are not signed, it can only be assumed that they were authored by Barraclough. The letters to Barraclough's mother are folded separately.
