The series consists of correspondence, circulars, agendas, memos and minutes. Also included is a list of members. The early minutes give background to the formation of the Staff Association. The minute book also includes minutes of the Provisional Committee set up to form the staff association and of a special sub committee to formulate submissions for the Professional Officers Association (POA) to consider and deal with.
