Documentary Material Relating to the Visit of Professor Eysenck [Department of Psychology Museum] (Series 784)

Professor Hans Eysenck was a British psychologist of German origin. This series consists of documentary materials relating to his controversial visit to the Department of Psychology in September 1977, collected by Hon Senior Lecturer Alison Turtle. The records were initially in the Miscellaneous series but were removed and placed in this series. There is a scrapbook of newspaper cuttings, 'Counter Course Handbook' (1978), 'Radical Education Dossier (October 1977), a file of correspondence (12 Nov 1976 to 6 Oct 1977), two packets of photographs (University does not hold the copyright), and two handmade posters.
