This series consists of copies of minutes, agendas and papers for the PAC. The minutes are typed and some papers had handwritten annotations. The papers are in transfer covers and have been formed into a binder.

The committee was originally set up for the College principal to canvass the opinion and counsel the senior staff of the college in his decision making process. By 1986 it discussed policy and operational issues and also made recommendations to the College Council.
