1 bound volume of minutes, which record meeting dates, attendees, matters discussed in relation to the studies, lectures, examinations, and degrees and such questions as may have been referred to it by Senate, resolutions, and reports from various committees and subcommittees.

Related records: G58 Series 7 (Archival Records of the Deans Office, Faculty of Engineering - correspondence, dating 1907-1912, pertaining to the course in Military Engineering given by SHE Barraclough). In G1/11 (volume of records of Special Committees) there are minutes of a Senate committee set up in October 1880 to report on the establishment of a Chair of military tactics, fortifications etc.
