The series commences with some minutes of the committee of the Board of Missions which brought the APNR into existence. Item 1 contains minutes of the Executive of APNR and of the first two annual meetings of that body. At the end of this volume, there are also membership lists, agenda, correspondence, and some reports of subcommittees. There is also some overlap with Item 2 between June and October 1913. All remaining items record annual meetings as well, sometimes at the rear of the volume.
