- Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education), which manages Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education - Enterprise and Engagement), Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Excellence), Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Educational Innovation) and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Student Life). In September 2025 it was announced that, following Senate approval, the title was amended to Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Students) to reflect the amended scope of the Education portfolio which now included student administrative services within the Academic Registrar Division.
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Strategy and Services). Leads the university-wide strategy to advance Indigenous participation, engagement, education and research including the University's 'One Sydney, Many People 2021-2024 strategy'.
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), which manages Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement), Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research - Enterprise and Engagement).
