This Sydney Operating Model Committee has been established to provide governance and oversight for the development and implementation of the Sydney Operating Model. The committee is responsible for:
The Program Control Board – Sydney Operating Model
▪ providing direction and governance oversight for the program implementation
▪ approving the project streams and substreams
▪ approving approach, scope, change requests, and monitors progress, budget, benefits realisation, risks, quality and timelines for these streams
▪ delegating to the Project Advisory Groups and the Program Management Team the key day-to-day decision-making responsibilities for those streams
Terms of Reference:
The Program Control Board is responsible for overall governance and guidance of the Program and streams of work.
It will:
▪ provide strategic direction to the Project Streams
▪ monitor adherence to strategy, scope and plan
▪ assess the impact of other major initiatives across the University on the implementation of the program
▪ approve progress reports to the UE Operations Committee
▪ actively advocate for the program by supporting and communicating the objectives of the program
▪ monitor program risks
▪ provide quality assurance through review of project performance reports and other quality assurance measures
