By Laws and Rules Committee [New South Wales State Conservatorium of Music]

By direction of, or reference from, the Board of Governors and/or of its own initiative to consider:
i) the desirability of
a) amendment to the By-Law; and/or
b) formulation of resolutions which might have the characater of a By-law
c) necessary or convenient provisions when amendment of the act is proposed

ii) to transmit to the board its recommendations in relation to any matter falling within (i) and action proposed together with a draft of the text where appropriate.

Scope of By-Laws included meetings of the Board of Governors, committees and boards, the Director, the Common Seal, student discipline and conduct and fees.
