University of Sydney Women Undergraduates Association

The Sydney University Women Undergraduates' Association formed at a meeting held on 2 November 1899. The objects of the newly founded association were the regulation and control of all matters of 'Woman Undergraduate' interest. The first entry in the minute book has the name of the association as Woman Undergraduates' Association. However the 'a' has been overwritten by an 'e' changing it the title to Women Undergraduates Association. The club is first listed in the 1900 calendar where it appears as the University of Sydney Women Undergraduates' Association.
