Centre for Education and Research on Ageing

Established by Vice Chancellor as a new centre within the University and is a joint venture with Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

Major objective: conduct research to measure the extent of mental disorder; to better diagnose neurological conditions and improve the care and counselling for those with degenerative disorders; and to promote in the general community the awareness of the international significance of research into the mental deterioration with Australia's ageing population.
