"The award of the Diploma in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language shall be supervised by a Board of Studies responsible to the Faculty of Arts consisting of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, the McCaughey Professor of Early English Literature and Language, the Professor of Education, the Reader in Oceanic Languages and five other persons who are members of the Faculty of Arts, at least one being a member of the Department of English and at least one being a member of the Department of Education elected by the Faculty of Arts. ...."
