Correspondence re Harold Coate

Correspondence with Harold Coate and Elkin, Arthur Capell and the AIAS. Includes a letter (06/02/1967) to Arthur Capell from the Director of the Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) re Coate making available his material to the SIL for their translation programme, and "the help we give might go as deep as to co-author some of the papers for publication." At the bottom of the letter is a handwritten note by Capell "...Seeing that much of my early work is involved, & you [Elkin] are involved also, I don't feel like 'co-authorship.'

Also, a copy of Coate's report on his Canberra trip and a list of research reports received from Coate.
