This item comprises 15 bundles of interlinear translation and notes on various Wandjina Myths.

Bundle 1: photocopy of interlinear translation of "Wandjinas and Wars; Wandjinas and a Log, Wandjina's Woman and Blue Tongue Lizard". 'HHJ Coate' is typed on the top right of the document. Written above the contents is 'Texts and Interl [Interlinear]. Bungguni and David'.

Bundle 2: annotated typescript, free text War and the Dispersal of Clans'. In handwritting underneath the title it says 'Recorded by Bungguni and David in Ngarinyin. 1964.' The original title was 'Wandjinas and Wars' but this has been scored through. Includes 4 pages of notes tiled "Wandjinas and The Dispersal of Clans; The Unggud Log; And a Clan Fight and Blue Tongue Lizard'.'Recorded by Bungguni and David, 19' is scored through. There is a scrap of paper with the same title and 'Recorded by Bungguni and David Mowaldjali in Nygarinyin, 1964'.

Bundle 3 & 4: 'Recent stories of Bungguni's Exploits'. Bundle 3 includes scrap of paper with handwritten note 'Bungguni's Exploits (a Recent Story) (was included on the tape Wandjinia Stories') [Not of Wandjinia significance.] Content is of free text and interlinear translation.

Bundle 5: typescript in interlinear translation of 'Wandjina's Golden Fish'.

Bundle 12: typescript and handwritten notes of 'Njodanda'. Written in red ink at the top is 'The numbers are all wrong on other pages my aplogies. HC'. On an envelope is handwritten is "Njodanda & Wodoi & Djunggun Dance & Trouble'. 'Texts & working notes & First translation.'

Bundle 13: annotated typescript of 'The Wodoi and Djunggun Dance and Trouble'. (And trouble is added in handwriting after typed title.)
