These records include information on prizes and scholarships, scholarship agreements as well as winners of prizes and scholarships. Roughly in chronological order dating from 1988 to 2011. There is no regular yearly list, but the information about financing the prizes contains information winners of the prize. Box 1-3, Box 3 also contains an audit report re the Australian Centre for Filed Robotics (2015).

Boxes 4-5 contain Examination papers, Box 4: 1985 to 1995, Box 5:1995-2002, Box 6 contains admin files of the school, including regarding foundations and USMEA.
