This is a copy of a ten (10) page typescript set of notes for the making of the film of the Yabuduruwa ceremony by the film maker Cecil Holmes, carried out for the (then) Australian Institute of Aboriginal Studies (AIAS), for the performance of the ceremony at Roper River Mission in May 1965. (The performance of the ceremony at that time was carried out by arrangement with the participants, specifically for the purposes of filming and studying it.)
