Registered TRIM/HPCM Administrative Files (Series 1222)

RecFind was succeeded by the TRIM electronic records and document management system in 2000 which replaced the multiple-number classified system of more than two decades standing with an annual single number system and Key Word AAA Thesaurus control of file titling. Papers continued to be added to the old files for some years into the successor system. Records could be saved to an electronic file and also have a hard copy file. This series contains a variety of registered files, including those that should be allocated to specific series, such as foundations and faculty board meetings which have committee minutes, agendas, papers, reports and correspondence. Where appropriate the relevant series has been updated to include these files.
